Terms for Returns:

Note: Due to Covid19 safety requirements all Silverite Pillows and Face Mask sales are final (non-returnable and non-refundable).

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  Any pet related product a customer wants to return to products (excluding face masks) Silverite Global for a refund must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be received at the return address listed below within 30 days from the date when you received it.
  2. Be in the original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of a receipt or proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange outside of the terms listed above.

To return your PET PRODUCTS according to the guidelines listed above, please mail return the item(s) in the original packaging to:

Shipping Costs and Insurance:

Due to Covid19 safety requirements all Silverite Pillows and Face Mask sales are final – please do NOT return these products!

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your PET PRODUCT item(s).  If you qualify to receive a refund, the original shipping costs to ship the product to you will be deducted from your refund.

Because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of receipt, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your product.

Refunds:
Once your PET PRODUCT is returned, received, and inspected within the “Terms” listed above, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.  Please note your refund may take additional time to appear posted to your original payment based on how quickly the original payment method posts our credit to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We stand behind our product (including materials and craftsmanship) for all of our products.  In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace the item. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email explaining the issue at customerservice@silveriteglobal.com

Shipping

For face mask purchases, we use our US Postal Service to support them and pass savings onto you with lower shipping/handling.  Please note that some states and locations are experiencing delays.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.  Please email customerservice@silveriteglobal.com with any order and shipping related questions.

Our products are shipped within 10-14 Days using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS .
